Is the site survey free?
Yes, free and no obligation. We walk the property and send a design with an itemized proposal.
Can you work with the equipment we already have?
Often, yes. During the survey we check which cameras, readers and network gear can stay and what should be upgraded.
Can I see my cameras from my phone?
Yes. We set up the app for you and your team and show everyone how to watch live, find footage and manage access.
Do you handle the network too?
Yes. We install the switches, cabling, firewall and Wi-Fi your security devices run on, so one team is responsible.
How long does an installation take?
It depends on the size of the property and the scope of work. Your proposal includes a clear schedule before anything starts, and we plan the work around your operations.
What if something breaks after hours?
Call 786-471-8244 or email info@fx-security.com and leave the details. We follow up the next business day (Monday to Friday).
Do you install in homes?
No. We work only with commercial clients: property managers, HOAs and condo associations, businesses and general contractors.
Camera down, gate stuck, fob to add?Existing clients: open a ticket in the client portal or call the team that installed it.
